Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders are processed and shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

All carton orders meet the free shipping threshold automatically. No code needed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays during peak seasons or weather events may affect delivery times.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at support@carbivoregel.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll make it right.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly — if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@carbivoregel.com. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed, but we'll do our best.
